Tovani Benzaquen Ingredients, a major food-ingredient distributor in South America and part of Barentz, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Chemspecs, a high-performance distributor of personal care products in Brazil.

• Chemspecs is the largest specialized distributor of personal-care ingredients serving the Brazilian cosmetics market.
• Its product offerings and customer base are complementary to those of Tovani.
• The transaction will further strengthen the growth of Barentz within the life sciences industries in the South American market.
