About this role

Job Purpose

Are you looking to kickstart your career in sales support and data management within a dynamic international company? As part of our Central Region Sales Support team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of quality documentation and samples to our valued customers. You also support the Sales team by managing the order process and ensuring our customers receive exactly what they need, on time and hassle-free.

This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sending and following up on quality documentation for customers of our divisions.

  • Request, process, and follow up on sample requests

  • Create and set up accurate quote calculations with the right data and costs.

  • Supporting the Sales manager(s) in the set-up of account plans, middle and long-term.

  • Administrative support for quotes, business potentials, and opportunities.

  • Collect and update market info in CRM to support today's and future business.

  • Correct data processing in CRM / ERP and keeping this data up to date.

  • Collect and send related documents to Sales, Supply Chain, or QA

  • Register and manage non-conformities.

  • Monitor and resolve issues.

  • Support with customer inquiries by e-mail and phone.

About You

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is a plus

  • Customer-focused mindset with a flexible attitude to adapt to changing priorities

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team

  • Eye for detail
