About the role
Job Purpose
- You will lead the implementation, coordination, follow and tracking of key growth and transformation projects, as well as cost initiatives.
- You will drive the projects and work-streams of the overall program, overseeing and coordinating activities that in some cases might be owned by other functions & teams (external or internal), either on a European or country level, while also owning & supporting strategic and/or cross-functional EMEA projects of your own.
- Of the projects & work streams you lead, and own all aspects including, but not limited to, a clear definition of the project charter, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- You are responsible for organizing all activities needed to deliver the planned results of the projects and to ensure these are realized within the given period, in anticipated quality and cost.
- You will work closely with the EMEA CEO, CFO and HR-Director and other central and local staff as well as the BUs to advise on prioritization of activities, project work streams and initiatives, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
- You will be in the lead to drive the EMEA region to growth, transformation, and professionalism and show a strong impact on the transformation of the EMEA region.
- This is a key role in our strategic transformation and offers the opportunity for broad professional development within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for Barentz EMEA Transformation Management Office and support in stand-up of organization and transformation
- Key areas of transformation will be:
- Implementing Commercial Matrix organization.
- Consolidating, harmonizing, and optimizing the Operating Model and management structure, as well as related processes.
- Supply Chain optimization.
- Technology roll-out and Digital stand-up.
- Other consolidation and centralization projects to drive operational efficiencies.
- M&A Integration management (IMO) for EMEA
- Supporting the team in professionalizing set-up, and processes and building scalable platform for growth.
- Keep an up-to-date and clear overview of all related projects, work-streams & initiatives.
- Support and advise on all Project Management aspects to deliver exceptional results and realize initiative.
- Monitor and drive progress, manage interdependencies, resolve issues.
- Own, manage & execute multiple cross-functional | complex projects & work-streams @same time.
- Regularly communicate the results and status of these projects to all stakeholders.
- Organize the activities needed to deliver the intended results of the program, and ensure projects arerealized in the given time, in anticipated quality and cost.
- Understand the budgetary needs for each project, as well as the related variances as appropriate.
- Design, develop & maintain project management tracking and summary materials.
- Work proactively to provide excellent project management & creative solutions.
- Initiate workshops, meetings, and whatever is needed to onboard the BU’s and Regions in this overall important restructuring program.
- Inspire BUs and Regions to adopt new ideas to decrease costs and optimize processes.
About you
Education and Experience
- Business education at university level (Bachelor's required, master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 8+ years of project management | transformation and E2E management experience
- Strong Project Management software background
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are a necessity and other
- European language is a plus.
- Green Belt or better Black Belt is a strong plus.
