About this role
Job Purpose
This role reports to the Head of Project Delivery & PMO, based in the EU, and works as a member of the regional team in APAC, for the implementation of the chosen ERP solution. This role will be the single point of contact for the project, collaborating across Barentz in APAC as well as globally.
This role requires experience in leading ERP implementations, preferably D365 F&SCM, in comparable environments. Experience in managing ERP support and operations is also desired as there will be some countries where the application is in production while being rolled out to other countries. Hand-on Change Management experience is required to be considered for this role.
Among others, you will:
- Manage the implementation of ERP solutions in all Barentz entities in the APAC region, by managing the vendor chosen for this implementation, along with the internal Barentz team members.
- Deliver a full analysis of business processes and flows, map them onto Dynamics 365 capabilities and Barentz standards, determine gaps, and develop solutions to fill them.
- Develop an implementation business case for each entity, including scope, budget, resources, and schedule.
- Build a strong team of key users within each company to be on the implementation project team who will become the advocates, trainers, and first-line support for their colleagues during the project and beyond.
- Set and track project milestones, manage and account for unforeseen delays, recommend resource changes and realign schedules while resetting senior management and stakeholder expectations.
- Keep all project resources such as key users, external suppliers, and IT members informed of assigned tasks and motivated to hit deadlines.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports including Gantt charts, budget vs actual, and logging of issues and risks.
- Establish and implement a cadence for project communications and meetings to provide status updates for senior management, key users, and general employees with a detail level appropriate to each audience.
- Pilot all business processes together with key users in a test environment at appropriate intervals throughout the project to ensure a productive feedback loop is occurring between the business and IT.
- Organize and manage Dynamics 365 training for the key user team and attend/advise during training sessions they will lead for general employees.
- Throughout the project, mentor and train other ERP business consultants for each company so they can fully transition their support capabilities.
- Officially close the individual rollouts, by getting stakeholder sign-off and transition support to key users, helpdesk, and business consultants.
- Keep up to date on Dynamics 365 developments together with the global ERP team and share best practices, successes, and ideas.

- Proactively manage all the interdependencies, risks, and issues associated with the project.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with all stakeholders, associated vendors and other staff members.
- Apply organizational process assets (e.g., communication requirements, instructions, templates)

About You
- Experience in managing a D365 F&SCM implementation.
- Hands-on Change Management experience, preferably in ERP rollouts.
- Experience in project team management as a dynamic and energetic leader.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite, including Power apps, power BI, and related tools.
- Thrives in collaborative, matrix environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with customers, team, and stakeholders
