Your Role
As the External Communications & Brand Manager, you'll be the architect of our brand's narrative, ensuring our story resonates globally. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Communication: Crafting and implementing external communication strategies to amplify Barentz's global brand presence.
- Media Relations: Leading media engagements—drafting press releases, coordinating interviews, and fostering relationships with key media outlets.
- Corporate Storytelling: Overseeing the creation of our annual and sustainability reports, weaving compelling narratives that embody our values.
- Brand Consistency: Defining and maintaining brand positioning and identity across all channels, supported by clear guidelines and training.
- Collaborative Campaigns: Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging brand assets and campaigns.P

Who You Are
You're a strategic communicator with a flair for storytelling and a deep understanding of branding. You excel at translating complex ideas into clear, impactful messages and thrive in dynamic environments. Your qualifications include:
- Educational Background: A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5-10 years in external communications and brand management, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, crafting content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Media Expertise: Proven experience in media relations, corporate messaging, and brand positioning.
- Corporate Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in producing corporate reports, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing PR strategies.
- Analytical Acumen: An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to measure and enhance brand impact.
- Global Perspective: Confidence in engaging with international audiences and stakeholders.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-motivated, creative, and proactive approach, always seeking new communication opportunities.
