About this role
Job Purpose
Are you interested in a challenging role within a dynamic international company? As part of our Supply Chain team, you will support the Sales and Operations Planning process by ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory. You will also be responsible for data consolidation, analysis, reporting, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to enable effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the monthly S&OP cycle, including preparation of demand, supply, and inventory reports.
Collect, consolidate, and validate data from sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, service levels, and principal contract adherence.
Ensure timely preparation of S&OP meeting materials and presentations for leadership review.
Maintain and update S&OP planning tools, systems, and databases.
Identify risks and opportunities related to demand and supply, and escalate issues for resolution.
Facilitate communication between sales and supply chain to align on business objectives.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the S&OP process.
Closely cooperate with the sales operational controller to continuously improve forecast processes and forecast accuracy.
Based on data analysis, generate, interpret, and distribute periodic performance reports
About You
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, or related role (S&OP experience preferred).
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O); experience with planning tools is a plus.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Broad knowledge of data analysis tools, e.g,. Excel and Power BI obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
Basic supply chain planning knowledge.
Key behavioral criteria
Excellent data analysis skills, with experience using Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
