About this role
Job Purpose
Giving relevant support to Sales Managers/Directors/Division Managers (administrative) and customers (B2B) (order management service) during and after the sales process, to ensure effective sales process flow and customer satisfaction in alignment with the overall sales strategy.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Help clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfillment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc.
- Ensure timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors.
- Use a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.
- Respond to routine inquiries (such as address changes, delivery delays, etc.) by referring customers to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior team members.
- Enter text lines to stock items and approve/sign off calculations.
- Collect and send related documents to Sales, Supply Chain, or QARegister and manage Non-Conformity Incidents.
- May promote products/services and have pricing responsibility but does not have a sales quota.
- Supported the sales manager in setting up account plans in the middle and long term.
- Collaborate with teammates and work towards closing deals.
- Administrative support for: offers, business potentials, opportunities, and samples.
- Collect and update market info in CRM to support today's and future business.
- Correct data processing in CRM / Scala and keeping this data up to date.
- Respect ISO and QA procedures.
- Work together with the sales team to achieve sales-driven KPIs.
- Create and set up accurate quote calculations with the right data and costsContract- and forecast management (updating, analyzing, and reporting)

About You
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
- 3 or more years of experience in sales support or related field.
Skills/profile
- Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
- Works under limited supervision for routine situations.
- Provides assistance and training to other employees.
- Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
- Language: English and Russian
