About this role

Job Purpose

Giving relevant support to Sales Managers/Directors/Division Managers (administrative) and customers (B2B) (order management service) during and after the sales process, to ensure effective sales process flow and customer satisfaction in alignment with the overall sales strategy.


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Help clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment, etc.

  • Ensure the timely release of orders and the fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors.

  • Use a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.

  • Enter text lines for stock items and approve/sign off calculations.

  • Collect and send related documents to Sales, Supply Chain, or QA

  • Register and manage Non-Conformity Incidents.

  • May promote products/services and have pricing responsibility, but does not have a sales quota.

  • Collect and update market info in CRM to support today's and future business.

  • Correct data processing in CRM / ERP and keeping this data up to date.

  • Work together with the sales team to achieve sales-driven KPIs.

  • Create and set up accurate quote calculations with the right data and costs

  • Contract- and forecast management (updating, analysing, and reporting)

About You

Education and Experience

  • A degree in food technology or a related field is a must

  • Knowledge about raw materials and food additives

  • Language: fluent in English

  • 3 or more years of experience in sales support or a related field.
