We are seeking a Supply Chain and Sales Support Specialist who has good communication skills and experience of at least 2+ years in sales support and supply chain operations based in Istanbul Turkey.

About this role
What are your responsibilities;
- Prepare and maintain sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations. Manage and update customer databases (e.g., CRM software).
- Monitor and track sales metrics, generating reports for the sales team and management.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly or escalating as necessary.
- Provide product or service information to clients when requested.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of promotional materials.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, accounting) to fulfill client orders.
- Managing the sample delivery process
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Reviewing customer orders/forecasts against existing stock and planning monthly/weekly shipments for imports.
- Coordinate with the finance team on invoicing and payment tracking.
- Overseeing daily warehouse, transportation, and customs broker activities, including inventory controls and inbound/outbound operations.
- Preparing supplier purchase orders and import files.
- Monitoring the logistics and warehouse operations.Coordinating with customs brokers to follow up on import documents.
- Conducting monthly stock checks in warehouses and reporting damages or losses.
- Organizing transportation with contracted carriers.Identifying and implementing cost-saving projects.
- Managing internal/external audit processes.

About You
What qualifications we need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: >2 Years, preferably in the Chemicals industry
- Good communication skills in English languages, both verbally and in writing
- Preferably, having knowledge of logistics processes and customs procedures.
- Preferably, experience in Customer Service or Sales Support operations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and business management skills, including strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.No military service restriction for male candidates
- Driving License - Class B
- Living in Istanbul
