About this role

Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Data Intelligence and Analytics Coordinator is responsible for gathering, managing, analysing, and interpreting data across the end-to-end supply chain. This role supports data-driven decision-making, improves operational performance, and enhances efficiency. By translating raw data into actionable insights through scorecards, dashboards, reports, and predictive models, this role serves as a vital link between supply chain operations and strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis

  • Collect, clean, and validate supply chain data from various internal and external systems (e.g., F&O ERP, CRM, 3PL WMS/TMS, and Principal platforms).

  • Support the design and development of supply chain scorecards, dashboards, and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy.

  • Perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to uncover trends, identify gaps, and highlight improvement opportunities.

  • Maintain data accuracy and support analytical consistency across platforms.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Coordinate the regular update and distribution of supply chain performance metrics.

  • Monitor key indicators such as logistics costs, inventory levels, lead times, supplier performance, and demand planning accuracy.

  • Support monthly business reviews and cross-functional meetings by providing timely, insightful data analyses.

Tool & System Optimization

  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data integration and analytics infrastructure.

  • Leverage tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and optionally Python/R for advanced modelling and visualizations.

  • Uphold data governance standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and accessibility across the supply chain ecosystem.

About You

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or operations.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience working with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, and an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

  • Proven ability to work with large datasets to extract and communicate actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred / Optional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python, R, or other data science tools.

  • Familiarity with forecasting models and supply planning tools.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).

  • Exposure to AI/ML applications within supply chain environments.

  • Serve as a liaison between supply chain, commercial, finance, and IT teams, ensuring alignment on analytics needs and priorities.

  • Support key supply chain projects through ad-hoc data analysis and scenario modelling.

  • Provide training and guidance to end users on dashboards, reporting tools, and data interpretation as needed.
