Royal Polak Spices offers cinnamon in all varieties, based on the sweet family of Cassia and the milder Zeylanicum. All traditional cinnamon blends are available such as honey cake, speculatis, gingerbread and bun spice or have your own uniquely flavoured blend made on demand.
