Barentz expands in the Czech Republic through acquisition of Conneco Chemicals s.r.o.

Barentz International, a leading global distributor of life science ingredients, has strengthened its activities in the Czech Republic through the acquisition of Prague-based, Conneco Chemicals s.r.o. – a well-known specialist in formulating and blending ingredients for the health and nutrition industry. The latest acquisition further consolidates Barentz’ position in Czech Republic and follows the acquisition of a majority share in pharmaceutical company, IMCoPharma, last year.
